Privacy Policy

LetSafe is local-first for landlord records. It does not create accounts, use LetSafe analytics, or upload landlord records to a LetSafe server. A small sponsored offer button uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and only opens when you tap it.

Data You Enter

You may enter property labels, tenant labels, safety record dates, certificate references, notes, checklist items, images, PDFs, and backup files. This information stays on your device unless you choose to export, import, back up, or share it through iOS.

Notifications

LetSafe may request notification permission to schedule local due-date reminders. Reminder scheduling happens on device.

Subscriptions

LetSafe uses Apple StoreKit for subscriptions. Apple processes purchases, renewals, refunds, and App Store account management.

Advertising

LetSafe includes Google Mobile Ads SDK for a user-initiated sponsored offer. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect data such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, crash logs, and performance data to provide and improve ads.

LetSafe v1 does not include Meta SDK, Facebook SDK, third-party attribution SDKs, or a custom LetSafe analytics SDK.
