Purpose

LetSafe helps users organise landlord safety records, reminders, notes, evidence, and exports. It does not provide legal advice, certify compliance, validate certificates, or replace qualified professional advice.

Subscriptions

LetSafe Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in App Store account settings. Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal notices.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate records, checking local requirements, maintaining backups, and deciding when to seek professional advice.

Availability

LetSafe v1 is designed for England and Wales rental property record keeping. It may not match rules or workflows in other jurisdictions.
